A Sylk Girl is the embodiment of Sylk's ideals. Not only beautiful, you must be motivated, passionate, rebellious and most of all an individual.

We will bust our asses to get you exposure, establish your name and build a fans base but we don't want that to be the only reason you apply. We are looking for models enthusiastic about being part of Sylk, what we stand for and how we represent our Sylk Girls.

*All models must be at least 18 years of age and will be require to provide proof of age and sign a model release.

1. Images. SYLKMAGAZINE.COM use all submitted images for review purpose only. No image from the author will be used on SYLKMAGAZINE.COM until permission to do so is received from the author.

2. Agreements of Image Authors. The Image Author warrants to SYLKMAGAZINE.COM that: the Image Author has read and is bound by the terms of this Agreement; the Image Author is at least 18 years old and is a photographer; the Image Author owns and has the legal right to submit the Image to SYLKMAGAZINE.COM and to grant to SYLKMAGAZINE.COM the rights to the Image described in this Agreement; the Image Author has obtained all required releases from any persons who are recognizable in the Image and from any persons who have provided any materials appearing in the Image; and the Image Author recognizes that Channel One Hawaii has no liability for any unauthorized use of the Image by third parties.

3. Indemnification. Each individual accessing the SYLKMAGAZINE.COM (whether as an Image Author or an Image Viewer) will indemnify and hold SYLKMAGAZINE.COM harmless from any loss, liability, damage or expense (including attorney fees) suffered or incurred by SYLKMAGAZINE.COM as a result of a breach of his/her warranties or commitments in this Agreement.

4. Modification of Terms and Conditions. SYLKMAGAZINE.COM reserves the right, in its discretion, to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting such modifications on SYLKMAGAZINE.COM. Any Image Author who thereafter submits an Image to SYLKMAGAZINE.COM will be bound by such posted modifications
